What's your typical turnaround?
Standard production runs 5–7 business days from approved proof, plus shipping. Simple products like stickers and business cards often ship faster. Complex projects with multiple items run 10–14 business days.
Do you offer rush production?
Yes. Most products can ship within 1–3 business days for a rush fee. Live events with hard deadlines can be quoted with rush built in. Share your deadline up front and we'll confirm what's possible.
What file formats do you accept?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) for logos and signage. High-resolution PNG, JPG, or TIFF at 300 DPI for photos. Upload through our Upload Art page or attach to your quote. We'll flag anything that won't print cleanly before production.
Can you design my artwork?
Yes. We offer design services for everything from simple text-only orders to full brand identity packages for events and launches. Pricing depends on scope. Share the project and we'll quote design alongside production.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship to all 50 states and coordinate delivery to event venues, trade show booths, restaurants, and offices. For DMV-area clients, local delivery and on-site setup are available.
