How much does a DTF gang sheet cost?
$2.85 per square foot, flat across every size. A 22" x 24" sheet is $10.45. There are no setup fees and no minimums.
What is a DTF transfer?
DTF stands for direct to film. Your design is printed onto film with CMYK plus white ink, coated with adhesive powder and cured. You heat press it onto almost any fabric in any color, with no weeding and no cracking.
What is the maximum gang sheet size?
Sheets are 22" wide and up to 300" long. Fit as many designs on a sheet as you like. You pay for the length, not the number of designs.
What temperature do I press DTF transfers at?
Press at roughly 300 to 320°F with medium pressure for 10 to 15 seconds, let it cool completely, then cold peel. Re-press for 5 seconds under parchment for maximum durability.
What file should I send?
A PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI is ideal. Upload to the builder and we arrange the layout for you, or send a print-ready sheet and we print it exactly as supplied.
Is there a minimum order?
No. A single sheet is fine, and the per-square-foot price is the same no matter how much you order.
How long do DTF gang sheets take?
Sheets go out the next business day. Delivery time after that depends on your address.
How much is shipping?
$9.99 on orders under $75, and free on orders of $75 or more.
How many washes do DTF transfers last?
50+ washes without cracking or peeling when pressed correctly. Wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low.
