TRACKING

You will receive an email when your order ships out along with a tracking number.

If you have not received an email with a tracking number please check your spam email. If no email received then your order is still processing and has not shipped out yet. 

ONCE ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FOR ANY MISSING OR DAMAGED PACKAGES ALL CLAIMS MUST BE TAKEN UP DIRECTLY WITH THE SHIPPING CARRIER

U.S. SHIPPING POLICY

It can take up to 5-7 business days for your order to be processed, packed and shipped. The processing and packing time is separate from the shipping time. The shipping estimated time is added on top of the processing time. Standard shipments will ship via USPS or UPS depending on your choice. Orders with shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FO & U.S. Territories will ship via USPS Priority. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

ALL CUSTOM PRODUCTS HAVE A ZERO RETURN POLICY. ALL SALES WILL BE FINAL

For pre made product, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@printpire.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Our return policy states we have a strict NO-REFUND policy. Once a product is placed for and order there is no refunds unless told otherwise. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. And If 10 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer an exchange for new product.
- Items that arrive broken or stop functioning within the first 30 days of usage will be replaced for free.

- To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
- To complete your replacement, we require a receipt, order number or proof of purchase.
- We do not accept any refunds, exchanges, or returns for any sale items.- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. 
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
- Customers should have 7 days from receiving product to report any issues with order or defects.
- Return drop-offs are not accepted at our warehouse or office. 
- We have the right to refuse your return if we felt the item is not in the condition it was sent to you in. If your return is rejected when it arrives to us then we will send it back to you.
- We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
  • Wardrobing: An irregular or excessive return history.
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items.
- We cannot make changes to orders once they are placed so please check all your details including address and size before completing your order.
- We do not accept exchanges and only provide refunds for all returns
- We are not responsible for any mistakes in addresses you input.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
